EAW SBX118F

The SBX118F is a highly powerful 18” mid-sized active subwoofer designed primarily as a low-frequency extension for the NTX210L system. Featuring a 4-inch voice coil, it delivers optimal sound performance suitable for listening spaces of all sizes.

SBX products are designed using speakers commonly found in more expensive solutions. Each NTX210L and SBX118F module can wirelessly communicate with the adjacent module through IR sensors on the top and bottom (both front and rear) of each cabinet. The Line-Array system modules are aware of their relative positioning and configuration, significantly reducing setup and tuning time and minimizing module misidentification during DSP setup.

The SBX118F can be used in various configurations. They can be operated in a single array with NTX210L using supported flybar and transition strips, or simply flown with the NTX210L flybar in a subwoofer array. The SBX118F can also be ground-stacked, allowing for additional subwoofers and NTX210L modules to be stacked using flybar positioning pins for safe operation at any angle. Additionally, it features a speaker pole mount and side handles for easy transport.
