Rane - CP64

The CP64 is a versatile commercial preamplifier designed for use in bars, restaurants, and offices. The CP64 is capable of serving two independent zones. It features up to two priority inputs and four program inputs. Two expansion ports for zone, program, or priority are available, supporting four priority levels.

The versatility of the CP64 allows for a wide range of applications while maintaining simplicity and ease of control. Microphone or line signals can be connected to the priority inputs. Each input allows for mic/line switching, gain control, threshold detection, zone assignment, and zone volume level. Phantom power can be enabled for each input within the unit. Each priority input can have different volume settings within the zone and independently. If no high priority is assigned to any of the priority inputs, they mix together, which can be useful for applications like karaoke.

The four program inputs have independent volume control. Any of them can be assigned to each zone. One of the program inputs acts as a priority muting input; when a signal is present, it overrides non-priority program inputs in the respective zones. The priority program detector has internally adjustable threshold and release times. The CP64 has two zone outputs: 1. Stereo, 2. Mono. Each zone features independent: Level, program audio selection, ducker and its depth, limiter, 7-band EQ (+/-12 dB).

As optional accessories, you can purchase a security cover. Individual knobs can be removed and protected with covers.
