LivePad is a new line of compact and flexible mixing consoles from the Italian manufacturer RCF.

Since 1949, the Italian company RCF has been producing speakers for the most renowned manufacturers of speaker cabinets worldwide. For over 30 years, they have been manufacturing their own professional speaker cabinets, which have become a standard in a wide range of professional applications, from solo performances to massive rock concerts. The RCF brand is also represented in thousands of fixed installations around the world, such as stadiums, train stations, airports, office buildings, amusement parks, etc., where RCF amplifiers, signal processors, and distributors are often used.

By leveraging all their experience and aiming to make their offering even more comprehensive, RCF has introduced the new range of LivePad mixing consoles.

The attractiveness of these essential tools for live sound reinforcement, whether it's a rock band or a jazz quartet concert, a conference, or multimedia center sound reinforcement, is enhanced by the elegant and modern Italian design.

The L-PAD series includes 9 models: L-PAD 6, 6X, 8C, 8CX, 10C, 12C, 12CX, 16CX-USB, and 24CX-USB, where the number indicates the number of channels. All models are characterized by uncompromising sound quality, with the three "X" models featuring an effects module integrated, and the "C" models including a compressor on each microphone channel with very responsive threshold and compression ratio adjustment through a single control. All models feature a 3-band EQ on each mono channel and a 2-band EQ on each stereo channel. The 16CX and 24CX are additionally equipped with a USB port on the rear panel for easy connection to any computer. Any operating system recognizes the L-PAD mixing console as an audio device for recording and playback purposes.

In line with their sound culture philosophy, RCF has paid exceptional attention to the design of all electronic circuits to achieve clean and musically pleasing sound, high-quality and precise dynamic response, combined with exceptional flexibility of use. Models 8C, 8CX, and 10C feature 45mm faders, while models 12C, 12CX, 16CX-USB, and 24CX-USB feature 60mm faders. The advanced internal DSP includes 16 preset effects for the 6CX model and 99 presets for the 8CX, 12CX, 16CX, and 24CX models. During the development of the LivePad mixers, great attention was also paid to the optimal interaction with RCF's range of active speaker cabinets, such as ART, 4Pro, NX, or D-Line. To ensure maximum reliability, the consoles undergo multiple tests during production for all functions and sound quality, including output listening tests and visual inspections.

The LivePad consoles are suitable for any application and allow for expansion for playing and recording MP3 music files, which can then be saved on a USB storage device with a capacity of up to 32 GB. The Bluetooth adapter enables wireless connection of additional devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers, to the mixer, allowing music playback directly into the console without the need for additional wiring.
