iLive-176 is a control interface for the MixRack - iDR-64 DSP unit (DSP module included in iLive iDR0, iLive iDR10, for example). The system is primarily designed for live sound applications. Everything is designed to resemble traditional analog mixing consoles as closely as possible. Connection to the MixRack (iLive iDR0, iLive iDR10, etc.) is done via a CAT-5 cable, which not only transmits audio signals but also controls the entire system. The network data transmission setup saves a significant amount of traditional multi-pair cables (including backup data transmission). All control elements and system information are readily available through the clear and logical iLive controller interface. It offers 44x 100mm motorized faders in 3 banks (4 layers), rotary encoders, buttons, displays including the main touch screen. A significant portion of the iLive-176 surface is the "Channel Processing Strip," used for immediate control of selected channel parameters (Preamp, HPF, PEQ, insert, gate, compressor, limiter/de-esser). All channels can be named and color-coded via the "Virtual write-on strip" (color-illuminated display). All channels can be configured: mono/stereo inputs, groups, auxiliaries, matrix, FX send, FX return, main mix, or DCA. iLive-176 can be equipped with up to 4 expansion modules, offering inputs: microphone/line, digital (AES3, SPDIF, optical TOSLINK), Dual microphone/line, and outputs: line, digital (AES3, SPDIF, optical TOSLINK), Multi-Digital (AVIOM, HearBus, iDR, ADAT), and network modules. iLive must be connected to the DSP unit iDR-64 (e.g., iLive iDR0, iLive iDR10).
