iLive-144 is a control interface for the MixRack - iDR-64 DSP unit (DSP module, part of systems like iLive iDR0, iLive iDR10). The system is primarily designed for live sound applications. The interface is crafted to resemble traditional analog mixing consoles for ease of use. Connection to the MixRack (iLive iDR0, iLive iDR10, etc.) is done via a CAT-5 cable, enabling both audio signal transmission and system control. This network data transmission setup eliminates the need for multiple traditional multicore cables (including redundant data transfer). All control elements and system information are readily accessible through the intuitive and logical iLive controller interface. It features 36x 100mm motorized faders in 3 banks (4 layers), rotary encoders, buttons, displays including a main touch screen. A significant portion of the iLive-144 surface is dedicated to the "Channel Processing Strip," allowing direct control over selected channel parameters (Preamp, HPF, PEQ, insert, gate, compressor, limiter/de-esser). All channels can be named and color-coded via the "Virtual write-on strip" (color backlit display). Channels can be configured as mono/stereo inputs, groups, auxiliaries, matrix, FX sends, FX returns, main mix, or DCAs. iLive-144 can accommodate up to 4 expansion modules offering various input types: microphone/line, digital (AES3, SPDIF, optical TOSLINK), dual microphone/line, and output types: line, digital (AES3, SPDIF, optical TOSLINK), Multi-Digital (AVIOM, HearBus, iDR, ADAT), and network modules. iLive must be connected to the DSP unit iDR-64 (e.g., iLive iDR0, iLive iDR10).
