Mackie C300z
Are you in search of the renowned Mackie quality in portable loudspeakers, but you already own professional amplifiers that you don't want to part with? Do you need high-quality portable loudspeakers without emptying your wallet completely?
We have good news for you. Our C300z 2-way passive loudspeakers offer a perfect solution. With perfect, clear sound, legendary SRM series ergonomics, easy portability, versatile positioning, and angling options, they are ideal for use as stage monitors.
Your sound experience will be even better thanks to the amazingly wide dispersion angle. Without any hint of distortion, the C300z achieves exceptional acoustic pressure that sets them apart from other similar-looking plastic boxes on the market.
Very Wide Dispersion Angle
Have you ever been to a concert where the music sounded great right in front of the stage, but as soon as you moved slightly to the side or back, the good sound experience disappeared? We have been to such concerts, which is why the C300z features a "multi-cell" driver exit into a sound duct that occupies a significant portion of the front wall of the box. This design ensures that mid and high frequencies are audible not only in the middle of the room but also near the walls and at the back near the doors.
Better Than Ordinary Loudspeakers
Today, almost anyone can assemble loudspeakers. All it takes is a factory or even a large shed to manufacture boxes, fit some speakers in them, connect them, and it's done. However, in a box with a square or rectangular footprint, resonances can be created that reflect off the rear wall and negatively affect the sound of the bass driver, as these sound waves are out of phase with the sound coming directly from the speaker. Our C300z, on the other hand, feature a special asymmetrical design of the loudspeaker enclosure, where no two walls are parallel, manufactured from two parts by pressure injection molding. This design reflects resonances into damping, eliminating their negative impact.

Superb Floor Monitor
A good floor monitor plays loudly without generating feedback through vocal microphones. A poor floor monitor, on the other hand, will generate feedback just about the time you turn it up to a useable level. Floor monitor feedback is often caused by uneven frequency response and dispersion; some frequencies arrive at the microphone much louder than others. These "spikes" are what trigger feedback as the floor monitor volume is increased. The C300z has incredibly smooth, spike-free response and dispersion over a wide range of treble frequencies. So you can increase its volume without boosting those nasty, feedback-inducing spikes. Without extensive tuning, no passive speaker or specialized floor wedge in this class can even come close.
