The passive EAW MKD526PL-WP speaker with IP56 rating is designed to deliver high performance and wide frequency response in a low-profile design, providing consistent sound projection across the frequency range and declared radiation angle. It offers exceptional sound fidelity, suitable for installations in smaller spaces, corporate events, bars, restaurants, and other applications where clean and dynamic sound is essential. It can also be used as a fill speaker within larger sound systems.

The 120° horizontal x 60° vertical radiation pattern can be rotated by 90°, providing versatile sound coverage for various applications.

The MKD series builds on the long-standing tradition of exceptional EAW speakers developed in collaboration with sound system consultants and architects worldwide. The compact, durable Baltic birch enclosure allows for easy installation with a range of M10 mounting points and optional brackets for wall or ceiling mounting. The gently curved front of the speaker enables elegant installations in design-sensitive environments.
