QU-Pac harnesses the legendary power and quality of the QU series mixers in a highly compact form. It offers the freedom of mixing from an iPad, while also providing the convenience of controlling the mix directly from the front panel display. With easily customizable settings and expandability up to 38 inputs (via Cat5), QU provides a scalable, secure solution for bands, schools, hotels, corporate events, live music, bars, conferences, and more. With the ability to set user permissions for the control panel, QU-Pac is safe for operation even in situations where qualified personnel may not be available.

Qu-PAD

Add the QU-Pad app for complete freedom, such as when tuning monitors directly on stage or mixing from the audience for optimal results. Qu-Pad easily connects via WiFi, providing quick access to all parameters and settings.

Touch Control

The 5" touchscreen display on Qu-Pac features a resolution of 800 x 480 and displays 16 million colors, facilitating quick and easy access to all settings. The user interface is designed with clarity, intuitively guiding you to all essential functions such as effects, scenes, and more.

DSNAKE

QU mixers are self-contained, so if you own a traditional analog cable, you can simply connect it and start working. However, there is also the option to use a Cat5 cable and dSNAKE port, ensuring easy connectivity when combined with the AR2412, AR84, or portable AB168 AudioRack. dSnake is a sophisticated network solution that reduces latency, allowing you to use a cable up to 120m long. This enables convenient placement of I/O devices on stage when mixing from FOH, connecting them to the Qu mixer with a single Cat5 cable.

ILIVE FX

The dynamics of Qu and the effects algorithms are based on the effects unit used in the iLive series. Some of the most respected audio engineers choose iLive for its effects unit, using it as a high-end effects tool during their tours. All Qu models include 4 stereo iLive FX engines featuring legendary classic effects like reverb, gate reverb, delay, modulation, flangers, and more. The effects library is ready for further expansion through firmware updates. All effects are sent to the mix via their own return channels, so they are not tied to mono and stereo input channels. Each stereo return has its own 4-band equalizer.

USB AUDIO STREAMING

The built-in interface streams multichannel audio directly to your PC or Mac through a flexible system: all input channels and the main LR can be recorded simultaneously or individually selected. Returns from the computer can be assigned to input channels. The interface is native to Mac OS X, but drivers for Windows are also available. Qu-PAC is easily compatible with any DAW supporting ASIO or Core Audio – such as Logic, Cubase, Reaper, and Pro Tools.

QU-DRIVE

Forget about complex sound card installations and software setups. QU features an integrated multitrack recorder offering 18 channels at a sampling frequency of 48kHz, providing 24-bit recording and playback directly from a USB device. Multitrack recording has never been easier. Mixes and effects returns can be recorded on separate channels and played back, for example, for virtual sound checks.
