Allen&Heath GX4816

The GX4816 is an audio expander designed to extend the digital mixing platforms of Allen & Heath Avantis, SQ, and dLive*. Operating at a sampling frequency of 96 kHz, it offers a high number of remotely controlled input preamps. *Compatibility with dLive system based on Firmware V1.9

Each GX4816 rack features 48 microphone preamps with independent phantom power indicators. Additionally, it includes 2 DX ports, allowing connection of up to 4 DX expanders in series for additional inputs and outputs. You can also connect a personal monitoring system ME (via DX2 connector).

You can link Avantis or SQ to the GX4816 rack using the SLink protocol with a single Cat5 cable, and connect it to the dLive system via the gigaACE network.
