It allows mixing up to 23 signal sources, 10 independent outputs, 4 auxiliary AUX buses, USB input/output for easy stereo recording/playback, 16 microphone preamps, 4 stereo inputs with EQ. 100mm faders, logical and simple control layout enable quick response to any situation. ZED 24 is ideal for recording, live broadcasting, home audio projects, and live sound reinforcement. Microphone/line preamps: Based on preamps used in the PA series, utilizing a dual design. XLR microphone inputs have a gain range of up to 69dB. The line input is via a TRS Jack connector. EQ: The ZED series features a 3-band equalizer on mono inputs and a 2-band equalizer on stereo inputs. AUX: ZED includes 4 auxiliary buses (2x pre, 2x post), AUX 1 and 2 have a main level control. AUX can be routed to the USB output for recording or using software plugin effects. AUX 1 and 2 can be set as a stereo pair with sends on stereo channels switched to mono or stereo. USB: Serves as a USB audio interface for recording and playback. AUX or main output can be routed to the USB output. The sound card is plug'n'play, so no drivers need to be installed for PC/Mac. The USB interface can also be used for an effects loop for software plugins. USB send: main mix L+R (Post-fade), main mix L+R (Pre-fade), AUX 1-2, AUX 3-4.
