The Class D amplifier offers high power with low weight. The amplifiers used in the D-Line series provide ultra-fast response, realistic transient reproduction, and impressive audio performance. The internal DSP unit includes a crossover, equalization, soft limiter, compressor, and dynamic bass boost. Inputs are provided through a balanced XLR/TRS connector and XLR output, with a microphone/line switch, volume control, and a switch for two EQ modes (Flat/Boost). The amplifier features aluminum mechanical elements that not only stabilize the amplifier during transport but also efficiently dissipate heat. The D-Line amplifiers include a switched-mode power supply (SMPS) for maximum power and minimal weight. The speaker cabinet chassis is made of a special composite polypropylene designed to eliminate vibrations even at high volumes. The HD 12-A includes three rubberized handles, two on the sides and one on the top of the speaker. The new chassis design allows the D-Line speaker to be used as a PA system or as a stage monitor. Two M10 and three M6 mounting holes enable the speakers to be used for permanent installations.
