The multifunctional active speakers from the Italian manufacturer RCF hardly need an introduction, but the new ART 3 mkIV series comes to the market with new technological features that significantly increase their overall efficiency.
The ART 310-A mkIV is the optimal solution for spoken word, music reproduction, and monitoring for demanding musicians. This compact active speaker can be easily transported in a car trunk. Its angled design allows it to be used as an agile stage monitor. It excels in sound quality in clubs, multifunctional concert halls, and is also an ideal choice for sound distribution at corporate events and exhibitions.
The 10'' woofer (with a 2.0'' coil) is powered by a two-channel Class D amplifier with passive cooling delivering 300 + 100 W of power. The higher frequencies are covered by the traditional compression driver from RCF with a 1'' size and a 1.5'' coil.
The speaker's frame is made of a polypropylene-based composite and features ergonomic handles on the sides and top, as well as a socket for a distance rod or stand.
