Rane MLM-82S

The Rane MLM 82S features four symmetrical, mono Mic/Line inputs on XLR connectors with 15VDC phantom power. The microphone preamplifiers are of studio quality. Each of the four mic/line inputs can be assigned to output A, A+B, or B. Independent level control for each channel and overload indicators are available for each input. Phantom power and mic/line switches are located on the rear panel. When the input is in line mode, phantom power is automatically disabled.

In addition to the switchable mic/line inputs, there are four stereo line inputs on the rear panel, each with a 12dB gain. Each of these inputs has a mono switch and level control. These inputs can also be used as 8 mono inputs, 4 for output A and 4 for output B.

Outputs A and B have separate output level controls, as well as separate overload indicators. In case of overload, it is possible to either attenuate the entire mix or just a specific input. Outputs A and B come factory-set to line output level, but an internal switch allows for switching the output to microphone level.
